From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.
Fulfillment: Usual fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it can sometimes take longer than usual.
Shipping: Shipping time can range from within 5-8 business days in the USA, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally, depending on the courier and destination.
AiTrades Shop offers international shipping across the world! Currently, we do not ship to these countries due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Antilles, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
Most orders are shipped out with the economy (5-10 days) or no rush (10-20 business days) method. For orders shipped to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days for delivery. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can take between 10-20 business days.
Orders fulfilled in Mexico may be charged taxes, but they won't be charged customs duties.
If your package happens to get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we've got your back! We'll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense. So make certain you enter your shipping address carefully.
Are orders shipped with tracking?
To keep shipping costs low or free, orders shipped out with the economy or flat rate method may not have tracking info available via the system to customers.
What happens if my package is not delivered?
AiTrades will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors, or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, AiTrades would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - for example, a note stating: "left under table on back porch."
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender, but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. New shipping charges will be required for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided. These charges must be paid before the parcel will be shipped out again.
What if the product is damaged in transit or upon arrival?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com – and be sure to include your email address and Order Number, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
